Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."
Reflection: I really do like this habit because it can really relate to my self because if your a proactive person you will go far and i really do believe in going far because my future is to become a pro soccer player and i know i can i just have to set my mind to it and i know i can become the best and be the best never give up on your dreams.
Habit 2: Begin with end in mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
Reflection: I really do like this quote so much because it can say so many things about me like how it is and also how its able to change the person how they think. Each day, task, or project with a clear vision of your desired direction and destination, and then continue by flexing your proactive muscles to make things happen. One of the best ways to incorporate Habit 2 into your life is to develop things in life.
Habit 3: Put first Things first
"Organize and execute around priories"
Reflection: The first dimension, physical, is so important because it deals with caring for our own bodies. This dimension really made me realize how vital making healthy decisions for my body can be. For individuals who are attending college, we tend to become very busy and do not find the time to exercise. Although physical activity should be at the top of my daily list of things to do, school and work usually take up most of my time which causes exercise to get pushed to the bottom of the list.
Reflection: The 7 habit thought me so much to respect others to believe in yourself i really do like these habits because it can relate to my life therefore i do like and enjoy learning more habits because it can change people life for just learning the habits. Over millions of people know about the 7 habits and that's really good to know because you should know the 7 habits they can really take to in a good path and to achieve your goals and i thank the 7 habits to coming into my life.
Habit 3: Put first Things first

Reflection: I really do like this quote because you can really say so many good things about it like how the things come first then its what you believe i do believe in becoming the best you just have to have the same activated because if you give up then your not just letting your self down your letting your people down so i do believe in becoming the best. You should always trust your self because if you do then your never gonna give up on your dreams and i do believe in dreams i do believe you just gotta make it happen.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think win-win or no deal."
Reflection: I really do like this statement because it can really relate to my life I think anything that's creative really takes my mind off whatever it is that I'm going through in my life. If you're going through heartbreak, and you can write a song, it's a wonderful win-win, because it takes your mind off the heartbreak, and you get to vent.Since entering the new century, China and Africa have seized the historic opportunities presented by the deepening of globalization, worked together and helped each other to achieve a win-win outcome.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand then to be Understood "Diagnose before you prescribe."
Reflection: I really do like this statement because it can really relate to me because you should always seek the first to understand the way people act. Ignore or pretend to listen
Selective listening (scanning for key words of your interest)

Empathic - listen to what's being said, and the underlying emotions
Habit 6: Synergize The whole is greater than sum of its parts (1+1=3)
Reflection: I really do like this quote because you can really tell how the way it is cause is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table.
