Habit 1: Be Proactive

"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."

Reflection: I really do like this habit because it can really relate to my self because if your a proactive person you will go far and i really do believe in going far because my future is to become a pro soccer player and i know i can i just have to set my mind to it and i know i can become the best and be the best never give up on your dreams.

Habit 2: Begin with end in mind 

"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch) 

Reflection: I really do like this quote so much because it can say so many things about me like how it is and also how its able to change the person how they think. Each day, task, or project with a clear vision of your desired direction and destination, and then continue by flexing your proactive muscles to make things happen. One of the best ways to incorporate Habit 2 into your life is to develop things in life.

Habit 3: Put first Things first

"Organize and execute around priories"

Reflection: I really do like this quote because you can really say so many good things about it like how the things come first then its what you believe i do believe in becoming the best you just have to have the same activated because if you give up then your not just letting your self down your letting your people down so i do believe in becoming the best. You should always trust your self because if you do then your never gonna give up on your dreams and i do believe in dreams i do believe you just gotta make it happen. 

Habit 4: Think Win-Win

"Think win-win or no deal."

Reflection: I really do like this statement because it can really relate to my life I think anything that's creative really takes my mind off whatever it is that I'm going through in my life. If you're going through heartbreak, and you can write a song, it's a wonderful win-win, because it takes your mind off the heartbreak, and you get to vent.Since entering the new century, China and Africa have seized the historic opportunities presented by the deepening of globalization, worked together and helped each other to achieve a win-win outcome.

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand then to be Understood                         "Diagnose before you prescribe."

Reflection: I really do like this statement because it can really relate to me because you should always seek the first to understand the way people act. Ignore or pretend to listen

Habit 6: Synergize The whole is greater than sum of its parts (1+1=3)

Reflection: I really do like this quote because you can really tell how the way it is cause  is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table.

Habit 7: Sharpen the saw 

Four dimensions of self-Renewal: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social/Emotional 

 Reflection:   The first dimension, physical, is so important because it deals with caring for our own bodies. This dimension really made me realize how vital making healthy decisions for my body can be. For individuals who are attending college, we tend to become very busy and do not find the time to exercise. Although physical activity should be at the top of my daily list of things to do, school and work usually take up most of my time which causes exercise to get pushed to the bottom of the list.


Reflection: The 7 habit thought me so much to respect others to believe in yourself i really do like these habits because it can relate to my life therefore i do like and enjoy learning more habits because it can change people life for just learning the habits. Over millions of people know about the 7 habits and that's really good to know because you should know the 7 habits they can really take to in a good path and to achieve your goals and i thank the 7 habits to coming into my life.

Dale Carnegie 

Technique 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain.

“If you want to gather honey, don’t kick over the beehive.”

What i believe is that if you dont criticize you'll become a way better person and people would always love being with you i really and strongly agree with myself because you should always be kind to others and show the respect you also wanna be treated therefore i really do believe in that. This quote is so wonderful i really do like this quote because you can really tell what its trying to tell you so i do really like that quote truly.

Technique 2: Give honest and sincere appreciation
"The big secret in dealing with people"

I really do like this quote because its true what its trying to say you should always be true to your self because thts always the right thing to do not trying to act cool and acting cool can really mess you up so i do believe that you should always try and try aging and you will become a better person if you stop doing that. “Men are never convinced of your reasons, of your sincerity, of the seriousness of your sufferings, except by your death. So long as you are alive, your case is doubtful; you have a right only to their skepticism.” 

Technique 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.

I really do like this quote because it really does talk about how life is and how it is also form i do believe in a arouse person but at times its really hard to find that right person i do like the way i play soccer i have never i mean never given up on what my dream is i If you walk lonely in this world just do the things you love to do and what you love to do is always the thing that gets to you. Action springs out of what we fundamentally desire… and the best piece of advice which can be given to would-be persuaders, whether in business, in the home, in the school, in politics, is: First, arouse in the other person an eager want. He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot walks a lonely way.

Final Reflection: I believe that the one that really got to me was the "Dont criticizer condemn or complain" because its true what its trying to tell you i do believe in becoming the best but if people criticizer you then your gonna lose hope but you shouldn't care because those are the people that dont wanna see you success and if you success your gonna get them mad and that what you wanna go and also achieve your goals like my goals is to become the best in my soccer team im really working hard to do that because i am there number 11 and i have to prove them so thats why i believe that you shouldn't criticizer people because then they can become better then you.

Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people

Refection: If you want to know the taste of a pear, you must change the pear by eating it yourself. If you want to know the theory and methods of revolution, you must take part in revolution. All genuine knowledge originates in direct experience. The tragedy of life is in what dies inside a man while he lives  the death of genuine feeling, the death of inspired response, the awareness that makes it possible to feel the pain or the glory of other men in yourself.

This quote for me really got to me because of the way its asking for you can become a leadership but it requires being genuinely interested in other people so therefore you have to always choose the right and make people to like you . You have to talk about there life not just your self so what i believe is that you should always keep on trying and never give up. 

Rule 2: Smile 

1. "Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you."

2. "You don't feel like smiling? Then force yourself to smile." 

3."Its creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in a business, and is the countersign of friends." 

Refection: Remember even though the outside world might be raining, if you keep on smiling the sun will soon show its face and smile back at you.Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. 

Smile in the mirror. Do that every morning and you'll start to see a big difference in your life. Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts. They might not need me; but they might. Rule 3: Remember names

Reflection: Pilots have their names painted just beneath the canopy of their aircraft. This gives the pilot a sense of ownership for his or her jet. What's more, like cars, each aircraft has its own personality, so it's important for a pilot to get to know and love his aircraft. We are motivated by a keen desire for praise, and the better a man is the more he is inspired by glory. The very philosophers themselves, even in those books which they write in contempt of glory, inscribe their names.

i really do like this quote because its telling you to never give up to keep on going and you will become better in life.  Some of the companies we helped start are names you know. An office supply company called Staples - where I'm pleased to see the Obama campaign has been shopping; The Sports Authority, which became a favorite of my sons. We started an early childhood learning center called Bright Horizons that First Lady Michelle Obama rightly praised.

Reflection: i want my soccer skills to be accessible to every listener because I know that I really have something to say in terms of really, you know, removing thorns from people, thorns that really makes us unaware that we are bleeding with these thorns, like pain, grief, jealousy and so on. 

I really do like this quote a lot because it tells you you have to be a good listerner and all your ears you should never give up on what you always wanted keep on going and always keep your head up. A good listener is not only popular everywhere, but after a while, he knows something.

What I've enjoyed most, though, is meeting people who have a real interest in food and sharing ideas with them. Good food is a global thing and I find that there is always something new and amazing to learn - I love it! Never refuse an assignment except when there is a conflict of interest, a potential of danger to you or your family, or you hold a strongly biased attitude about the subject under focus.

Reflection: I really do enjoy this statement because in order for someone to actually pay attention to you is you have to talk about what they love to do. Advances don't fundamentally interest me. It sounds terribly naive, but money doesn't really mean anything to me. If a lot of money came my way, I'm certainly not going to say no. But it hasn't come my way as yet, and I'm not heartbroken.

This quote really means a lot of things you should always care for your wife or girlfriend because they are the most important person in your life so what i believe is that you have to always be there for the girl you really love i truly agree with this so much because a women is the most and best thing to ever get in life unless its a soccer ball then no.

Reflection: However good you think your listening skills are, the only person who can tell you if you have understood correctly or not is the speaker.  Therefore, as an extension of good listening skills, you need to develop the ability to reflect words and feelings and to clarify that you have understood. 

I really do like this quote a lot because it can really help you in life and as you can see im a person that will never give up and keep on trying to become the best i do agree of helping others i really do like helping people i will always and strongly help others because thats just the right thing to do.

Reflection: What i believe about the 6 Attitudes is that each and every one of them are really important the one that really got to me as a soccer player is are willing to risk failure because sometimes in the field i wanna give up lets say were losing and will i choose to stop and for me giving up is not a option  you give up cause you think your not gonna be able to do it but that's not true you never give up you keep on going you get up on your feet and give it your 100% i also believe that you need a heart to play the game you have to love the sport because if you don't then your really not a true soccer player i really do enjoy playing soccer other one that's really important is always willing to prepare you always have to be ready for the next thing that's gonna go up.
